We will spend 60min on the phone or zoom (recorded and sent to you after) and then you’ll get a PDF sleep plan and 6 email responses form me afterward for follow-up!

- Meditations and sound for sleep
- Nutrition for sleep
- Natural Supplement exploration (then approval from your medical care provider)
- Lifestyle changes
- Setting boundaries with and getting support from your loved ones
